About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the building of the JOINTECH Care Platform. The selected freelance Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management – Lead the full implementation of the JOINTECH Care Platform, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

• Stakeholder Coordination – Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, external technology partners (along with JDC’s IT division), and other key stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the Strategy and Innovation team and IT teams to ensure the project aligns project goals with organizational needs.

• Vendor & Technology Oversight – Work alongside JDC's IT department in managing the relationship with the external company building the platform, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and technical requirements.

• Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and address challenges proactively while ensuring the project is delivered according to plan. 

 

Who We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a large organization managing tech/IT projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills – The ability to build relationships and navigate complex organizational structures is crucial to success in this role.

• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Fluent in English. Russian is a plus. 

• Experience in digital transformation or health/elderly care technology is a plus.

• Ability to sign a contract with JDC.
